DoIT Service Portal Are you a State employee looking for IT support from ETSS? The Division of Information Technology (DoIT) recently launched an enhanced self-service portal at rhodeisland.service-now.com/sp. Going forward, this portal is your primary way of requesting DoIT technology assistance (submitting an IT ticket). Now, the portal has a chat feature that allows employees to open and/or discuss their ticket with a service desk representative during regular business hours. Additionally, the portal has articles with information associated with specific needs or requests that can be accessed via the virtual chat agent. While the self-service portal is the preferred method for contacting the Service Desk, major incidents should be reported to the Service Desk by calling (401) 462-4357.
